Manager - Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities

• Strategies implement the companys sales plan.
• Provide bottom-up sale information for National Business Manager, BD (NBM) for annual sales plan and to realize it.
• Organize dealer and distributor networks to Achieve sales Targets.
• Maintain customer relationships with dealers and farmers.
• Communicating market information to NBM.
• Collect and maintain sale data of each crop in the respective area.
• To provide customer feedback on product, quality, packaging, other expectations to NBM
• To implement the successful launch of new products in the region.
• Crop-wise positioning of the company s product in high sales potential areas.
• Developing the sales PD team for BD based on the potentiality
• Identify the right products through proper design and execution of trail.
• Oversee the new product launches to achieve strategic business growth.
• Identifying and develop new markets and products.
• Creating an organization environment which nurtures innovation, ethics, transparency, respect, and pride.
• Identifying and implementation of initiatives which help farmers in realizing better bene ts.
• Possess in depth knowledge and understanding of legal and statutory requirements.
• Budgeting - Operational and capital expenditure.
