About this role
Role Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Automatic Door System vertical
- Identify and generate leads in railway, metro, and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking
- Support business development and sales teams in tendering and bid submissions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Railways, Metro Corporations)
- Plan and execute branding initiatives, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, case studies, technical documents)
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to align product positioning with market needs
- Manage digital presence including website content, LinkedIn, and online campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Support pricing strategy and value proposition development
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals
Key Skills Required :
- 812 years of experience in marketing/business development
- Minimum 35 years in;railway / metro / infrastructure / industrial products
- Experience in;B2B / project-based marketing;is essential
- Exposure to;IREPS, Indian Railway business, or EPC projects;preferred
