TheMarket Research department under the Business Advisory practice at Nexdigm PvtLtd is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, andproviding insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying marketopportunities, and generating reports to inform marketing, sales, and productdevelopment initiatives, dealing with clients and handling team.

Thefirst-level management role combines technical expertise and people leadershipto ensure seamless operational delivery. Drive client success through strategicplanning, process improvement, and fostering a culture of research andownership within your team.
KeyResult Areas:
1. PrimaryResearch & Insight Generation
Lead and execute primary research to provide clear, actionable insightsthat support strategic business decisions. Analyze market trends, customerbehavior, and competitor activity to identify key risks and opportunities,contributing to at least two strategic or go-to-market decisions each quarter.
2. DataAnalysis & Interpretation
Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and generate clear,business-relevant insights using advanced Excel and analytical tools.
3. EffectiveCommunication & Reporting
Deliver well-structured, impactful reports and presentations thatclearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.
4. SalesSupport & Marketing Enablement
Contribute to business growth through proposal/scope creation andthereby supporting the sales team.
5. TeamLeadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor team members to enhance productivity, promoteknowledge sharing, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Deliverclear, visually compelling presentations that enable faster and more informeddecision-making by stakeholders.
6. StakeholderAlignment & Change Facilitation
Build consensus across cross-functional teams and drive positive changeeven in ambiguous or evolving business environments.

Demonstrate strong ownership of individual and team responsibilities,ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
