Role Overview Responsibilities

• Own daily production, planning and execution across all manufacturing lines.
• Deliver production, OEE, efficiency, yield and schedule adherence targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP/FSSC 22000 and quality systems.
• Drive conversion cost reduction, waste reduction and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with Engineering to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead new product launches, line commissioning and operational stabilization.
• Develop production teams through coaching, performance management and capability building.
• Drive Lean, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering)
• 6+ years in Beverage/FMCG manufacturing
• Experience managing automated beverage lines
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and operational excellence mindset
