Manager -Management Representative ( MR)

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Serve as the organization's Management Representative for maintaining and improving

the Quality Management System.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, API, PED, CE, and customer-specific quality

requirements.

• Develop, review, and update quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and

process documents.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.

Audit Management

• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments.
• Lead external surveillance, recertification, customer, and certification audits.
• Coordinate closure of audit findings and monitor effectiveness of corrective and

preventive actions (CAPA).

• Act as the primary point of contact for quality system audits

Process Excellence & Compliance

• Monitor QMS performance through KPIs and quality metrics.
• Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and present quality performance

reports to senior management.

• Ensure effective implementation of risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Drive process standardization and operational excellence programs.

Customer Quality Management

• Interface with customers and third-party inspection agencies on quality system-related

matters.

• Support customer qualification and supplier assessment audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely implementation of corrective

actions
