Manager Maintenance.

Role & responsibilities :Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance. Maintaining all machinery to ensure its at working standards. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures, Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates, Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Schedule and manage the annual maintenance program for the site within the prescribed budget, looking for cost effectiveness & improvements Assess the condition, schedule and monitor running expenses of existing maintenance and operational equipment and advice on upgrading and renewal of the equipment. Ensure timely response to maintenance in accordance with prescribed service levels, and report thereon. Look for proactively as needed. Collect, consolidate and communicate reporting data in order to follow-up the project at Unit and activity level. Knowledge and Exp in handling Audits under ISO-14001, OSHAS & implimentation TPM Good Exp in CNC Machine shop, Heat treatment process, Paintshop, Surface treatment, Utilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Having good experience in AGL series circuit.

Capability to od SCADA & PLC programming

Commissioning of power plant

Capability to study all types of electrical drawings

Installation of New relays, interlocking circuits as per the site requirement.

Capability to handle new equipments and relays by studying manuals.

Capability to erect new VFD panels, starters, Motors etc

Capability to service all the motor & Breakers.

Knowledge Transformer, DG's and Compressors

Knowledge all type of HT (VCB & SF6) and LT breakers service work

Knowledge on Electrical legal requirements and submissions

Knowledge on electrical safety STD's

Experience: If BE 14- 16 years, If Diploma 15-18 Years
