YOUR PROFILE

• You are passionate about innovative products, emerging technologies, and the future of sustainable mobility and energy
• You have completed your studies, ideally with a technical focus, at a leading university with outstanding academic performance and you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting
• You are capable of leading and developing teams, and driving consulting topics with strategic impact
• You demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
• You exhibit strong communication skills in English with intercultural competence
• You have a strong proficiency in AI-tools and agentic AI development
  
  

YOUR ROLE

• Take responsibility for high-impact consulting projects as a project lead and manage project delivery in highly complex stakeholder environments, ensuring consensus among involved parties
• Lead and manage consulting projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, working closely with colleagues across FEV Consulting's global offices on international, multi-disciplinary engagements
• Drive business development through proposal creation, opportunity identification, and account expansion
• Contribute to the growth and development of the consulting practice by sharing expertise, mentoring junior team members, and driving thought leadership
