Manager - LV Sales - Infra & EPC

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with EPC contractors, Infra developers.
• Establish structured governance for large project pursuits (from specification to order closure to execution support).
• Ensure strong engagement during early-stage project influence (consultants/end-users) for specification advantage.
• Drive disciplined opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion improvement.
• Strengthen consultant and end-user engagement model for long-term specification wins by working with cross functional teams i.e. Business development, Product Management; lead customer meetings, commercial negotiations, and conflict resolution where required.
• Build a strong customer-centric culture across teams with focus on long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (cluster teams, factories, SCM, services) to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) - Experience: 2-5 years
