About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager with strong expertise in Bulk/Volume Hiring, Team Handling and Recruitment Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring mandates, leading recruiters and ensuring end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of recruiters handling bulk/volume hiring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: requirement sourcing interviews selection offer joining.
• Handle multiple clients, requirements and locations simultaneously.
• Set and monitor recruiter/team targets, productivity and TAT.
• Manage recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly performance reports.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Handle client/stakeholder communication and escalations.
• Train and mentor recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure smooth recruitment operations and timely delivery against hiring targets.

Requirements

• 810+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring.
• Proven team handling and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations and processes.
• Experience managing multiple clients/requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with strong ownership of hiring delivery.
