Hiring: Manager Liaisoning (Real Estate )

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Manager Liaisoning to drive our project approval lifecycle in Pune. You will be completely accountable for securing all approvals, permissions, and sanctionsfrom project commencement to completion. This role requires heavy ground-level coordination with statutory authorities, impeccable documentation management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities1. Government Approvals & Layout Sanctions

• End-to-end management of online and physical submissions for layout and building plans.
• Handle Pre-DCR applications, review scrutiny reports, and track files through Building Inspectors and Assistant Engineers.
• Manage Challan generation, ensure timely payments, and secure Commencement Certificates (CC) and approved plans.
• Obtain various No Objection Certificates (NOCs), building height certificates, and handle legal query compliances.

2. Authority Interface & Relationship Management

• Maintain active, daily correspondence and compliance with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, Revenue Department, and local Grampanchayats.
• Handle legal obligations, land revenue permissions, and secure Land Acquisition (LAQ) opinions.
• Manage land revenue records, including the creation, mutation, and removal of bank charges on property extracts.

3. Team Management & Legal Resolution

• Plan, schedule, and review daily workflows for the liaisoning team to meet tight project deadlines.
• Establish a flawless system for storing and tracking original land titles, records, and government approvals.
• Track and resolve local grievances, objections, or disputes through settlements or legal/court channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10 plus years of core liaisoning experience in the Real Estate sector within Pune.
• Jurisdiction Expertise: Proven track record of working closely with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and Revenue Departments.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Unified DCPR (UDCPR) and local land laws.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Marathi (written & spoken) for seamless government interaction, alongside English.
• Core Skills: Exceptional networking, negotiation, problem-solving, and team-handling abilities.
