About this role
- The Manager - Liability Operations is responsible for customer onboarding and processing of all customer instructions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational excellence.

Experience: 5 - 10 years in liability operations or related banking functions.
Education: Graduate/ Post-Graduation (any specialization preferred).
- Execute customer onboarding and instruction processing with full adherence to KYC, AML, and negative list guidelines.
- Manage operational volumes to ensure higher productivity while maintaining compliance and process control.
- Ensure customer deliverables are met within SLA timelines, with consistent improvements in service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints within stipulated TATs and conduct RCA to prevent recurrence.
- Review vendor performance to ensure optimum productivity.
- File regulatory returns and MIS reports accurately and on time.
- Drive improvements in TAT (Turnaround Time) and FTR (First Time Right) as key performance achievements.
- Support clean-up operations to ensure accurate and reliable data entry into systems.
- Perform judgmental activities at CPC with thorough knowledge of processes and compliance requirements.
