Role & responsibilities
- Develop, review and standardise loan documentation for various credit products.
- Ensure timely vetting and execution of financing documents, security documents, guarantees and ancillary agreements.
- Strengthen documentation standards to minimise legal and operational risks.
- Carry out/Review title reports, search reports and legal opinions.
- Manage all litigation involving the Company before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.
- Develop litigation strategy, monitor progress and ensure timely filing of pleadings and appeals.
- Maintain litigation MIS and minimise legal costs and adverse outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
Law Graduate with 7-12 years of experience in NBFC/Banking
