Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in contractual and legal evaluations, including RFP documents and tender-related legal terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, business, and internal stakeholders) to facilitate decision-making.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Handle litigation matters, including intellectual property rights (IPR), labour issues, and risk management.
• Perform legal research and analysis, and provide strategic legal advice to the organization.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in legal management and secretarial roles.
• Strong expertise in drafting legal documents, contract management, litigation, IPR, and labour laws.
• Proven experience in due diligence, risk management, and legal compliance.
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including contract law, intellectual property laws, and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present legal strategies effectively.
