Role & responsibilities
- Handle legal matters, litigation, notices, agreements & documentation.
- Manage recovery of outstanding dues from customers, dealers & other parties.
- Coordinate with advocates, courts & government authorities.
- Draft & review contracts, agreements and legal notices.
- Handle civil, commercial, contractual & recovery matters.
- Ensure legal compliance and provide legal support to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- LLB / LLM with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal, recovery & litigation matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Agro Food / FMCG / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
