Manager Legal - Non-Litigation

Role & responsibilities:

• Conducting Title Due Diligence of Properties and preparing Internal Due Diligence Report
• Drafting, vetting and finalization of various documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit, indemnity etc.
• Interaction and Co-ordination with external Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers.
• Negotiations with Developers/ their Lawyers for closure of due diligence and transaction documents

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent drafting skills
• Sound knowledge of Property Laws in the states such as Orissa, AP, Telangana, Karnataka.
• Should be able to read documents and revenue records.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Legal and Commercial Acumen
