How you will contribute:

• You will be responsible for identifying the training needs (behavioural and technical of our organization and ensure alignment with our strategic goals
• Collaborating with department heads to understand their specific training requirements and develop tailored programs
• Identifying and engage top-tier consultants for middle management and leadership training, secure cost-effective training solutions
• Creating and distributing engaging training invites, ensuring participation and engagement of employees in learning and development activities;
• Ensuring successful execution of training programs, overseeing logistics and content delivery
• Overseeing the execution of training programs to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
• Designing assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement
• Coordinate and facilitate departmental induction sessions in partnership with functional leaders to ensure new employees understand team structures, roles, processes, systems, and expectations
• Continuously enhance the onboarding experience through feedback and learning analytics.
• Develop and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks across the organisation.
• Maintain learning repositories, best practices, playbooks, and knowledge assets to ensure organisational knowledge is captured and accessible
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional teams to identify capability priorities.
• Track learning KPIs, compliance, certifications, and capability development metrics.

Ideal Skills for this role include:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training management software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development.
• Negotiation and vendor management skills.
