Job Summary


Responsibilities

• This individual will work on learning for the organization.
• They will also work from time-to-time on key projects/processes at the organization level.
• End-to-end diagnostics, design, program management behavioural / managerial / leadership capability tracks.
• Program management with external learning partners, vendors.
• Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication.
• Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders.
• Elder care for those who might need to extend support to senior family members.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Master's Degree in HR, from top colleges (XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI).

Requirements

• Work Experience: 2-4 years.

Skills

• Strong fundamental understanding of LD frameworks, principles.
• End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions.
• Program Management of learning journeys.
• Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative.
• Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.
