Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Team Leaders and their respective recruitment teams.
• Drive execution of senior-level search mandates with precision and confidentiality.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, positioning the firm as a strategic partner.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor delivery, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational growth through business development and market expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or talent advisory.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering leadership mandates.
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Management, or related discipline preferred.
