Functional Profile:

• Understanding the provisions of UDCPR / DCPR pertaining to open land / redevelopment projects.
• Understanding of revenue documents such as 7/12, property card, etc.
• Establishment of legal title of the land / property in coordination with legal department.
• Financial, technical and legal feasibility of possible acquisitions (due diligence).
• Negotiation with the land owners (private, government, semi-government / developers / societies).
• Conclusion of all activities pertaining to land rights (MoU, Term Sheet, GBR, DA/POA).

Required Skill Set:

• Inter-personal communication
• Written communication
• Understanding of numbers

Desired Experience: 12 years
