KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Finalizes entire user requirements for the implementation of software applications.

2.Supervise the user testing for the changes made to the system and report variations if any

3.Obtains sign off the functional users on the configuration made to the system

4.Resolves functional query of users.

5.Responsible for various audits, DPDP Act 2023, ITGC and compliances.

6.Performs feasibility assessment of change requirement

7.Performs relevant application setups

8.Performs changes as required by the user group

9.Modification of user access rights on the system based on the approval of the designated functional champions

10.Conducts training of the staff on allocated Modules and supervise the training.

11.Manages application roadmaps and release Schedules

12.Understands processes and standards (Software development, Change management, configuration management etc.

13.Configuration process oversight to include obtain sponsor buy-in throughout the configuration process

14.Accountable for incident and problem management

15.Regularly capture quality indicators of functional area & work towards improvement.

16.To work on continuous quality improvement projects like 5s/6s.

17.To attend training session conducted on Quality and Patient Safety and to further extend the same knowledge to their concerned department

18.Responsible to draft, control & adherenace of the IT policies / SoPs.
