Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to deployment and closure. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks, and project governance while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, UAT, deployment and closure.
• Lead projects involving ERP, Retail POS, CRM, Mobile/Web Applications and System Integrations.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and change requests.
• Manage business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Lead project governance meetings and provide project status updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Business and Support teams.
• Ensure security, data privacy, IT governance and compliance requirements are addressed.
• Coordinate integrations and maintain working knowledge of APIs, databases, AWS/Azure and system architecture.
• Drive UAT, production deployment and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• MBA/MCA/M.Tech preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred: Experience in Retail, ERP implementations, digital transformation, enterprise applications and large-scale IT projects.
