Key Responsibilities

1. Qualification:Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation; MBA or certification in Digital/Industry 4.0 preferred.

2. Total Experience: 10–15 years of experience with 5–7 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments.

• Digital & IIoT Expertise: Proven experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT implementation, smart manufacturing, and plant digitalization initiatives.
• Manufacturing Systems: Strong exposure to MES, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Historian systems, and ERP integration (SAP preferred).
• Compliance & Validation: Sound knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV, and Data Integrity requirements.
• Data & Analytics: Experience in real-time data capture, dashboards, predictive maintenance, and analytics tools.
  
  

7. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Knowledge of industrial networks, OT security, cloud (Azure/AWS), and standards like ISA/IEC 62443.

• Project & Vendor Management: Strong capability in delivering digital transformation projects, vendor management, and cross-functional execution.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven team leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement across functions.
  
  

10. Certifications (Preferred): PMP / Prince2 (project management), CMRP (maintenance reliability), ITIL, Certified Industry 4.0 / IIoT certifications, or relevant cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).

• Regulatory Exposure: Experience in USFDA/EU GMP environments with strong audit readiness
