Manager IT Applications, Business Solutions & Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Business Applications and Solution Delivery professional to manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise software applications—from understanding business requirements and evaluating build-versus-buy options to implementation, deployment, maintenance and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to understand requirements and identify suitable technology solutions.
• Evaluate custom development, packaged software and SaaS options.
• Assess and manage software vendors, development partners and implementation partners.
• Oversee application design, development, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage application enhancements, releases, maintenance and production support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training and application adoption.
• Support data migration, application integration and reporting requirements.
• Participate in solution-design and application-architecture discussions.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable and aligned with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in business applications, application delivery or software implementation.
• Experience managing at least two end-to-end application implementations.
• Strong understanding of the complete application lifecycle.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, developers and external vendors.
• Practical knowledge of testing, deployment, support and change management.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, data analytics and AI-enabled applications.
• Exposure to solution architecture, SaaS platforms, ERP, MES, PLM or CRM will be an advantage.
• Manufacturing-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
