Manager - Insurance Operations

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing insurance operations, policy issuance coordination, reconciliation, MIS reporting, premium tracking, and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Track insurance proposals and verify premium calculations across all insurance products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit, Accounts, and Insurance teams for smooth policy issuance.
• Track premium remittances and publish MIS reports.
• Perform insurance business reconciliation and monitor pending issuance, refund, adjustment, and cancellation cases.
• Prepare and share Reconciliation, Issuance, and Waterfall MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, MIS Reporting and Reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Life, General, Health, and Documentation Insurance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
