Manager - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research.

- Identify and connect with potential customers and key decision-makers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

- Promote our services and solution.

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales and technical teams.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and support opportunity conversion.

- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.

- Coordinate with sales, technical and procurement teams for quotations and proposals.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular activity updates.

- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, pipeline and sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, B2B Sales or IT Sales.

- Experience in the IT/SI industry is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities.

- Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Basic understanding of IT/AI solutions.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.

- Experience with CRM tools and standard office productivity software.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is preferred.
