Manager- Injection Molding (Pipe Mfg Industry)

we are currently hiring for the position of Manager Injection Molding with India's largest backward-integrated manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings and a major producer of PVC resin.

Position: Manager Injection Molding

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Injection Molding production activities.
  
• Manage Mold Maintenance and Mold Development activities.
  
• Drive process improvements and troubleshooting.
  
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with mold vendors for development and maintenance-related assignments.
  
• Lead training and development initiatives for team members.
  
• Ensure effective team management and leadership.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in Injection Molding.
  
• Strong knowledge of Polymer Processing and Injection Molding operations.
  
• Experience in Mold Maintenance and Mold Development.
  
• Expertise in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
  
• Exposure to advanced molding techniques.
  
• Knowledge of Mold Design and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
  

Qualification

• Technical Graduate / Post Graduate.
  
• Diploma or Degree in Polymer Technology will be preferred.
  

Reporting To

Vice President Manufacturing

Working Schedule

• Plant operates in 3 shifts.
  
• 7-day manufacturing operation.
  
• Weekly Off: Sunday.

• Location: Urse Village, Near Talegaon, Adjacent to Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Taluka Maval, Pune
