Manager - Influencer Marketing (Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to head the Operations function for our Influencer Marketing business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns while leading a high-performing team across campaign management, creator operations, client servicing, and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with strong people management and stakeholder communication, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations

Own end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and smooth campaign closure.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the operations team, manage resource allocation, and drive performance and capability development.

Client Delivery

Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution, manage escalations, and deliver on campaign commitments.

Process Excellence

Build and enforce SOPs, standardise workflows, and drive operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Financial Governance

Monitor campaign budgets, profitability, billing, and operational efficiency in partnership with Finance.

Quality & Reporting

Maintain campaign quality standards, track operational KPIs, publish MIS reports, and provide actionable business insights.

Desired Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Campaign Management.
• 3–4+ years leading high-performing operations teams.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator management, and campaign execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience working in agencies or creator economy businesses is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, project management tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
