Manager - Implementation (Corporate Travel)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Professionals from global corporate travel management companies, business travel technology providers, corporate travel consulting firms, or travel implementation functions with exposure to client onboarding and SAP Concur implementations.

Must have knowledge on SAP Concur

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of corporate travel clients.
• Manage client account setup, product rollouts, and Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Product, and Support teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive implementation planning, project tracking, and milestone management.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, SLAs, escalation matrices, and client-specific configurations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and transition phases.
• Conduct implementation review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Support continuous process improvement and maintain implementation documentation and knowledge repositories.
