Manager II - HR BSE

1.Interpreting, translating and implementing Talent Management strategies and initiatives for one or more verticals, in alignment with strategic business goals

2. Assess risk and identify gaps in employee relation processes

3. Collaborate with HR departments and business to implement best solutions for employee attraction, development and retention

4. Provide coaching to managers and leaders and advise relevant business leaders on people issues to enhance their ability to deliver their people strategy

5. Partner with senior managers to drive the full scope of the talent agenda -including succession planning, and drive the subsequent development actions, through LD to ensure the availability of talent within the business unit. Provide local intelligence about talent and High Potential individuals for inclusion in talent management plans.

6. Evangelise Org initiatives and be the change agent for those being driven at organisational level

7. Analyse and report on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and use these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues

8. Ensure 100% role based Talent Management practices are adopted by the verticals

9. Present results of Employee Opinion Survey results to Leaders, and partner with them to implement the action plans to enhance employee engagement

10. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risk

11. Drive cross functional HR Projects for improvement of Organisation HR practices

12. Evaluate and compare process within and between clusters

13. Mentor and guide team in becoming all rounded HR professionals

14. Guide HR leads with implementation plan for talent strategy.
