Role Summary

• Manage and grow digital product categories within the E-Commerce channel, by driving growth initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and leveraging customer insights to improve customer experience and business performance

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the performance of digital products in the E-Commerce channel
• Execute digital product and growth initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, new product launches, product enhancements and implementation of growth initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate on growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including new customer acquisition, remarketing, retention and customer engagement campaigns across digital channels
• Manage end-to-end execution of business initiatives by coordinating with technology, compliance, content, design and marketing teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Leverage data, customer insights and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements in product performance and customer experience
