Manager-II - e-Commerce SC

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business needs and requirements
• Conduct market research and industry scanning to identify relevant trends, tools, and solution providers for driving business growth
• Perform business analysis activities including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis and documentation
• Assist in vendor evaluation, comparative analysis, and recommendation preparation
• Facilitate follow-ups and stakeholder communication across multiple teams
• Manages on-going critical Forward-tech / Innovation initiatives through a business lens, focusing on data analysis and model refinement as a continuous process
• Support PMO on high-priority projects - project tracking, dependencies identification and facilitate cross-functional communication
