Digital marketing experience/knowledge with focus on SEO and GEO strategy and strong technical foundation.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE Engineering) + MBA from a Tier 2 Institute.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and experience with technical webpage testing post-UG.
• Experience Post-MBA experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, AIEO, GEO implementation would be desirable.
• Tools Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution Develop and implement end-to-end SEO and performance marketing strategies to improve Organic Search Traffic and brand visibility.
• Technical SEO & Web Management Collaborate with tech teams to oversee webpage development and testing, ensuring all site changes are optimized for search crawlers and user experience (UX).
• Performance Tracking Own key metrics including ROI, ROAS, and CPA. Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Funnel Optimization Identify leaks in the user funnel and implement A/B testing on landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring marketing goals and activities align with broader business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics
