Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Educational Qualification

Full-time, regular graduation is mandatory.

MBA preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience.

Experience in NBFC, BFSI, vehicle finance, or financial services preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the frontline sales team to achieve business targets.

Increase market penetration and market share through effective sales activities.

Achieve vehicle finance targets by promoting finance schemes within and outside dealerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.

Resolve issues raised by the sales team and dealership partners.

Coordinate with the training team to improve productivity.

Interview and select DMAs/CSMs and recommend candidates to the Regional Manager and Head Office for approval.

Analyse sales reports and implement corrective actions.

Ensure timely completion of Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD), including Registration Certificate (RC) details.

Share daily and weekly sales updates with the Regional Manager.

Conduct regular audits of credit documents.

Support frontline team training and development.

Resolve team queries and drive achievement of assigned targets.
