• To manage and oversee HR operations for plants, project sites, and other operational locations while being based at the Corporate Office in Noida.

• Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
• Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
• Performance Management & Capability Development
• HR MIS, Payroll & Budget Management

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, engineering, EPC or other project-based industries.
