Manager - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

To develop, manage and provide human resources support including recruiting, benefits, compensation, statutory compliance, employee relations, and training & development for Gold factories of MGD, India.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage day to day Hire to Retire HR operations of all Gold factory units as the primary HR resource.
• Responsible to develop organizational design, organizational development, job analysis and overall business capability as per the HR Policy.
• Ensure that all areas of HR: policy, process and procedures, recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, employee selection and other key human resource areas are followed across all factories as per the companys decision.
• Manage all compliance activities under HR function in terms of statutory compliance, advisory, monitoring and regulatory reporting
