Job Purpose
The resource would handle Campus Hiring for the organization at entry level (GB02). Culture Anchor: Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targets. Duties and Responsibilities - Identify campuses in tier 3 & Tier 4 locations to cater to the need of resource requirement in remote locations
- Own end to end campus engagement activities (pre-hire & post hire)
- Ideate & prepare appropriate strategies for all campus engagement events and to project Bajaj Finance Ltd. as an Employer of choice.
- Create periodic engagement calendar for campus & run engagement initiatives as per timelines
- Manage vendor partners and successfully run all initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar
- Track & publish engagement calendar with delivery status to all stakeholders
- Educational Qualification - MBA- HR from reputed B-school. They must work well under pressure and possess strong time-management skills.
- Work Experience - Total experience of 1-3 yrs in campus relations & engagement
- Skills Keywords - Hands on experience on MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word etc); Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projects; Excellent communications skill (Verbal & Written).
