About this role
- Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, sorting, processing, and outbound dispatch.
- Ensure timely shipment movement and adherence to operational SLAs and TAT.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment based on shipment volumes and productivity requirements.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and employee stability.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and departure.
- Ensure shipment accuracy, reconciliation, security, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor operational costs, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
- Track daily KPIs, prepare MIS reports, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
