Manager - HRBP

Responsibilities:-

1) Recruitment:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions/business units, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Cost per Hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

2) Strategic Partnering:-

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR insights and solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

3) Employee Relations:-

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.

4) Talent Management:-

• Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
• Identify skill gaps and work with leaders to develop training and development programs.

5) Change Management:-

• Lead and manage change initiatives to improve business performance and employee engagement.
• Support leaders and employees through organizational changes.

6) Performance Management:-

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Coach managers on performance management techniques.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR and business performance.

7) Compensation and Benefits:-

• Work with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Analyze and implement benefits programs that support employee well-being and business objectives.

8) Compliance and Risk Management:-

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential HR-related risks.
