Manager - HRBP

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & HR Business Partnering

• Develop and monitor manpower plans, budgets, and workforce utilization.
• Partner with business leaders to address manpower, productivity, and talent requirements.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate sourcing through job portals, consultants, referrals, and other channels.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per approved manpower plans.
• Handle offer management, pre-joining engagement, induction, and onboarding activities.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records related to Factories Act, Contract Labour, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other applicable regulations.
• Support compliance audits, inspections, payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Generate HR MIS and manpower reports for management review.

Learning & Development & Employee Engagement

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and implement training calendars.
• Coordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
