    • Drive the annual performance management cycle for the site, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs, participate in interviews for key roles, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
    • Identify high-potential employees and facilitate succession planning and career development programs tailored to the site's needs.

    HR Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national labor laws and regulations.
    • Oversee the administration of local HR policies, compensation reviews, and benefits rollout.
    • Partner with central HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Payroll, Benefits, and Learning & Development to deliver seamless HR services to the site.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD is highly preferred).

    •  Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role supporting a dedicated site or facility.
