Manager HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
• Manage employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, ensuring resolution through open communication channels.
• Collaborate with managers to develop performance management plans that align with business objectives, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role 
• Strong understanding of employee communication, conflict resolution, and performance management best practices.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making on workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Fix night shift.
