Manager HR

Manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle, performance, employee relations, C&B, compliance and HR MIS. Work independently with managers and support the HR Head.

Required Candidate profile

HR Generalist Operations experience with strong recruitment, employee lifecycle, ER, performance and C&B exposure Good labour-law knowledge Excel/HRMS skills, communication and stakeholder management.
