Manager HR

Role & responsibilities

1. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime, Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

2. Industrial Relations (IR)

• Maintain good employee and union relations.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
• Support negotiations and ensure compliance with standing orders.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
• Coordinate labour inspections and compliance audits.

4. Employee Engagement

• Organize employee welfare activities, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.
• Conduct engagement surveys and implement improvement plans & Promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.

5. Performance Management

• Support the performance appraisal process, Monitor goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Assist managers in performance improvement initiatives.
