Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in Bangalore. The candidate should have strong experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry and be proficient in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce engagement.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift, and leave-related processes.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and personnel records.
• Coordinate with contract labour and manpower agencies, wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• B.E (Electronics) field preferred.
