Manager HR

Role & responsibilities :

Must Haves:

1.       Experience in EPC / Construction / Transmission / Power industry
2.       Strong ability to connect and engage with site employees (Staff +Worker)
3.       Basic understanding of:
•       Worker wages
•       Salary processing & payroll basics
•       Salary-related compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity,TDS basic level)
•       Site-based compliances ( Basic understanding labor licenses, BOCW, ISMW  laws etc ,applicable to projects)
4.       Good working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, trackers, basic analysis)
5.       Knowledge of Performance Management systems (KPI / appraisal processes)
6.       Understanding of disciplinary procedures & grievance handling
7.       Experience in cost optimization across HO and project sites
8.       Experience leading a team of minimum 2 members
9.       Willingness to travel to project / site locations as required
10.     Plus Point if - Have previously worked in either Start Up / MSME where have handled HR Generalist / HRBP Profile

Good to Have:

1.       Experience working in a multi-project / multi-location organization
2.       End-to-end HR Operations knowledge (joining to exit)
3.       Negotiation skills with local consultants / vendors/ employees
4.       Understanding of technical hiring (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE roles)
5.       Basic understanding of Compensation structures & metrics (Mean, Median, Mode, Compa-ratio)
6.       Experience in attrition analysis and retention initiatives

 Bonus / Preferred Requirements:

1.      Awareness and involvement in site engagement activities (employee connect programs)
2.      Ability to fine-tune Business KPIs / OKRs aligned with HR processes
3.      Experience supporting or leading restructuring / change management whenever required
4.      Hands-on knowledge of HRIS systems (attendance, payroll, employee lifecycle)
5.  Understanding of Training needs at site for Key personnels
