Manager HR People Operations US & Can

Main Objective of the Position

The purpose of this role is to ensure business value by leading a team in providing best in class services, being key point of contact for US and Canada employees and leaders in the areas of HR 4 U, HR security roles, data management and granting people development. Operationally responsible for the development and management of the HR 4 and data management teams. Administratively responsible for the management of HR 4 U and data management and total rewards teams.[MH1]

Leadership & Team Management:

• Guide the team through leadership, including job assignments, target setting, performance evaluations and continuous feedback to ensure people development.
• Ensure efficient task fulfillment through the management and development of team competencies.
• Oversee resource planning, including budgeting, and drive hiring initiatives as needed, maintaining transparency in service costs and allocation.
• Strategize and implement measures to maintain competitiveness and drive service delivery excellence.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Initiates and lead internal team projects for the development and optimization of services. Contributes with its own resources to projects of common interest. Enhance the use of digital technologies to improve value creation.
• Guarantee alignment with all legal and compliance requirements, reflecting regional priorities.

Operational focus:

• Guide and coordinate the People Operations teams (data management, HR security and HR 4 You team to grant best in class services.
• Build collaboration among operational leader, HR community (HRBPs, HR leaders, etc.), and business leaders.
• Identify partners requirements, generate the necessary understanding of the businesses served and ensures excellent cooperation through frequent exchange. Continually ensures SLAs, ad-hoc request handling and offering customized solutions.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Working Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Service delivery in Operational & Leadership Roles, particularly in payroll or finance related areas.
• Language skills: Fluent in English
• Technical & Soft Skills: Robust leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven experience in managing and leading diverse teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at various levels.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and creative problem-solving.
• Experience with corresponding region culture and projects (highly valued, non-exclusive).
