Role:
Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Manager HR Operations (Contact Center) for a Leading Travel MNC - US Process.
Location:
Hyderabad
CTC:
Up to 35 LPA (Open To Discuss)
Requirements:
- MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in HR with end-to-end ownership of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong experience in a Travel Process Contact Centre/BPO HR Operations is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition for volume hiring.
- Expertise in grievance handling, employee relations, attrition management, and workforce support.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume, people-centric environment.
Working: US Shifts Monday to Friday (Weekends Off) Transport Provided.
