Manager_ HR and Talent Acquisition

Aura is an award-winning event and experiential company based in Chennai.

We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR professional to independently manage recruitment, people operations and select administrative responsibilities.

The Role

• Own recruitment end-to-end job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, first-round interviews, assessments, offers and joining
• Independently assess candidates and present management with strong, relevant shortlists
• Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, probation, appraisals and exits
• Support employee engagement and day-to-day people matters
• Coordinate travel bookings including flights and accommodation
• Maintain HR processes and systems

What We're Looking For

• Min 15+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
• Excellent communication and professional presence
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
• Highly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel and HR systems
• Mature, dependable and able to work independently

Chennai-based candidates preferred.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with senior management and suited to someone who enjoys the breadth and pace of an entrepreneurial organisation.
