Manager HR & Administration

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Performance Management System (PMS), Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Exit Management.
• Lead Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain harmonious employee relations, including union management, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, compensation & benefits, attendance management, statutory compliance, and adherence to labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Support Greenfield projects, plant expansion activities, and workforce mobilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• Qualification MBA from HR 
• 15-18 years of experience in Plant HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Green Field Knowledge
• Strong knowledge in IR & Statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM, SuccessFactors.
• Experience in handling audits, compliance inspections, and certifications.
