Manager - Guest Relations and Brand Communications

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end guest experience at the office, including welcoming clients and coordinating meetings and site visits.
• Handle client feedback and escalations professionally while maintaining InfraMantra's premium brand positioning.
• Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure timely client follow-ups and post-visit support.
• Represent InfraMantra on camera for corporate and real-estate project videos.
• Ensure a polished, professional, and brand-aligned presence during video shoots.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and marketing activities.
• Keep internal trackers updated for management review.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of guest-related and marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in guest relations, hospitality, marketing, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or marketing is preferred.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for corporate/project videos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multitask across guest handling, client coordination, brand representation, and administrative activities.
• Strong ownership, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised university.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable representing the brand in front of HNI/UHNI clientele.
